Provide a performance opportunity for the community to enjoy the final performance of the band prior to departing for the BOA GN Championships. The evening is also a celebration of the community and the band incorporates a canned food drive into the event.

The canned food drive provides additional support and assistance to our local food bank in their most needy time of the calendar year.
Presented annually since 2007 the Send Off Performance and Program is approximately 45 minutes in duration.
Food Pantry donation is approximately 2500+ canned food and/or non perishable food items. Expense is less than $50 for advertising and print materials, custodial fees and facility rental is waived from the school district.

The program is an outward celebration of the band’s season while providing an entertainment value for the community that attends the Send Off Performance. The community outreach is strong and greatly benefits our local food bank with the generous donations from our attendees and patrons.
